African Style Chicken Curry

Hello guys, Try this recipe an African style chicken curry. This is my work for my examination lab hehe. For the process I marinated the skinless chicken breast in paprika, curry powder, ginger powder, and a little amount of olive oil for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. For cooking process, First I sauté the Onion and Garlic, then after that I fried the chicken into it and I add the chicken broth then wait until its cooked. I didn't put potato during the cooking process cause I decide to just add it in plating.
