2023 Food Preparation!

Hi, This is my first post here just want to share my plating on my dish hehe. This dish is Ham Croquettes, In plating I put a whole ham and some potato since it's the theme of this dish. Some ketchup and mayo as a design hehe, how is it?

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 small yellow onion cut into small pieces
4 ounces cured Spanish ham, preferably Serrano
4 tablespoons unsalted butter or Margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
About 3 cups oil, for deep frying
