Tip Trap

Hey community and friends. Check out my entry for the Pinky and Spiky Comics Making Contest This time, Betsy Pinky and Spiky are into the world of Web3 promises.

In this little comic, Pinky is treating Spiky to a fancy Roasted Latte. But uh oh, Spiky runs into a classic Web3 hurdle – the dreaded gas fees. You can see on his phone that the gas fee ($9.84) is actually more than the tip he was planning to leave ($2 Matic) for Betsy. Talk about an unexpected cost

It really highlights one of the hurdles we sometimes face with blockchain transactions. Those gas fees can pop up and sometimes feel a little… well, pricey.

Later on, Spiky tries to send Betsy a little something as a thank you, but alas, even digital connections aren't always smooth sailing. Looks like some Wi-Fi issues are getting in the way or that could just be an alibi to postpone the tip.
