en este post les vengo a mostrar como esta curando mi tatuaje, este es el tercer dia!

A diferencia de ayer, hoy no pude quedarme en mi casa haciendo reposo ya que debia trabajar y hacer un par de tramitas, por lo cual desde temprano empezó la dificil tarea de lidiar con una pierna inflamada y que al minimo roce dolia demasiado.

Volvi a dormir sin el film protector, a partir de este momento ya no le colocaré ninguna capa protectora. Al ser una herida tiene que curar en seco sin aplicarle nada.
Los cuidados principales a partir de este dia son que no debo aplicarle absolutamente nada, ni siquiera crema y solamente lavarlo 1 vez por dia con un jabon de glicerina o PH neutro, que no contenga alcohol ni perfume ya que esto puede afectar a la curacion del tatuaje.
La curación continuará de esta manera hasta el dia 6 o 7 en donde se le puede comenzar a aplicar crema.

In this post I come to show you how my tattoo is healing, this is the third day!

Unlike yesterday, today I couldn't stay at home and rest since I had to work and do a couple of errands, so the difficult task of dealing with a swollen leg began early and the slightest touch hurt too much.

If you want to sleep without the screen protector, from this moment on you will no longer put any protective layer on it. Since it is a wound, it has to heal dry without applying anything.
The main care from this day on is that I should not apply absolutely anything, not even cream and only wash it once a day with a glycerin or neutral PH soap, which does not contain alcohol or perfume since this can affect the healing of the tattoo.
The healing will begin in this way until day 6 or 7 when you can start applying cream.

En esta primera foto pueden ver casi toda mi pierna. si observan detenidamente la piel ya comienza a estar tensa. en esta foto todavia seguia con la inflamacion muy alta y me molestaba mucho porque la piel tambien estaba muy tirante. En este punto de la curación creo que es uno de los mas dificiles ya que es incomodo para dormir y moverse, ya el dolor no es tan intenso pero la inflamacion puede ser el principal motivo de molestia. Para este dia tambien empezo la picazon en la zona del muslo.
In this first photo you can see almost my entire leg. If you look closely the skin is already beginning to be tense. In this photo I still had very high inflammation and it bothered me a lot because the skin was also very tight. At this point of healing I think it is one of the most difficult since it is uncomfortable to sleep and move, the pain is not so intense but the inflammation can be the main cause of discomfort. By this day the itching also started in the thigh area.

En esta segunda foto pueden ver un poco mejor la inflamación. si observan la parte del pie/tobillo, a primera vista no puede verse bien pero esta muy inflamado, el calzado se me hacia muy incomodo asi que recurri a algo más informal para estos dias y solamente me colocaba zapatillas cuando realmente necesitaba salir. Esta parte del tatuaje es a la que más le esta costando desarrollar cascaritas, todavia no hay muchas señales de que vaya a comenzar a caerse la piel pero hay que esperar, es la zona con más tension en la piel asi que e sprobable que ese sea el factor que dificulta la curacion, aunque solamente es el dia 3, entre mañana y el quinto dia deberia comenzar a mostrar señales mas visibles.

If you look at the part of the foot/ankle, at first glance it can't be seen well but it is very swollen, the shoes were very uncomfortable so I resorted to something more casual for these days and I only wore sneakers when I really needed to go out. This part of the tattoo is the one that is having the most difficulty developing peels, there are still not many signs that the skin is going to start falling off but we have to wait, it is the area with the most tension in the skin so it is likely that this is it. The factor that makes healing difficult, although it is only day 3, between tomorrow and the fifth day should begin to show more visible signs.
Este fue el reporte del tercer dia. Mi conclusion de hoy es que la inflamación es lo que más molesta es esta etapa. Mi consejo para alivianar un poco este sintoma es que pueden tomar algun antiinflamatorio corporal como yo lo estuve haciendo, si bien la inflamacion no disminuyó del todo, alivianó el dolor y evitó que la pierna se inflame mas. This was the report for the third day. My conclusion today is that inflammation is what is most annoying at this stage. My advice to alleviate this symptom a little is that you can take some body anti-inflammatory like I was doing, although the inflammation did not decrease completely, it relieved the pain and prevented the leg from becoming more inflamed.
