Les vengo a mostrar el avance de mi tatuaje de toda la pierna. Ya pasaron 4 días desde la sesión y hoy si comenzaron los verdaderos cambios visualmente!
Hoy fue un dia agitado en el que volvi a trabajar, por lo cual me tocó ir al estudio, tomando transporte publico y caminando mucho más que dias anteriores. Debo decir que pense que iba a ser mucho más dificil o me iba a molestar más la pierna pero no. La pierna no me dolio tanto pero si se siente una sensacion extraña al pisar.
Para este cuarto dia sigue curandose en seco, nada de crema y tampoco film protector. Hoy ya no hay casi molestias al dormir salvo por ciertas partes que son incomodas.

I come to show you the progress of my entire leg tattoo. It's been 4 days since the session and today the real changes began visually!
Today was a hectic day when I went back to work, so I had to go to the studio, taking public transportation and walking much more than previous days. I must say that I thought it was going to be much more difficult or my leg was going to bother me more but no. My leg didn't hurt that much but I did feel a strange sensation when I stepped on it.
For this fourth day it continues to cure dry, no cream and no protective film. Today there is almost no discomfort when sleeping except for certain parts that are uncomfortable.

En esta primera foto les muestro como la parte inferior de la pierna, la piel ya comienza a secarse. Este es el momento en casi todo tatuaje en donde la piel se estira mucho y comienza la picazón, hay que evitar en esta etapa cualquier tipo de golpe o rascarse ya que eso puede afectar al resultado. Si van a tatuarse recuerden no sacarse las costras! el aspecto de hoy es bastante feo pero va a ponerse peor, la buena es que el dolor ya no es un factor importante.
In this first photo I show you how the lower part of the leg, the skin is already beginning to dry. This is the moment in almost every tattoo where the skin stretches a lot and the itching begins. Any type of bump or scratch must be avoided at this stage as this can affect the result. If you are going to get a tattoo, remember not to pick off the scabs! Today's appearance is pretty ugly but it's going to get worse, the good news is that pain is no longer an important factor.

En esta segunda foto pueden ver un poco mejor un panorama mas general de la pierna y como, a diferencia del tercer dia, ya empieza a caerse la piel. En tan pocas horas de diferencia la piel cambio completamente y ya esta casi casi para comenzar a "pelarse". Cuando comienza a caerse la piel vieja, este proceso no es para nada doloroso pero si hay una extrema picazón. Mi consejo para situaciones en donde la piel se vuelva de esta manera es darse un baño para que la picazon se aliviane. Como ven la pierna hoy ya esta mucho mas desinflamada y eso es una buena señal. Lo que noté de este dia es que detras de la rodilla comenzó a formarse una costra gruesa, producto de mover mucho la pierna y el constante roce con las telas y superficies. Si bien es normal y esperable, podría evitarse ya sea lavando la zona más veces o tener cuidado con lo que entre en contacto con nuestra piel. Fuera de eso el proceso está siendo correcto, en tiempo y ya no hay posibilidades de una infeccion, lo cual es una muy buena señal, es por eso que es muy importante cuidar el tatuaje con mucha atencion, sobre todo la primera semana!
In this second photo you can see a little better a more general overview of the leg and how, unlike the third day, the skin is already beginning to fall off. In just a few hours of difference the skin changed completely and is almost ready to start "peeling". When the old skin begins to fall off, this process is not painful at all but there is extreme itching. My advice for situations where the skin becomes this way is to take a bath to relieve the itching. As you can see, today the leg is much less swollen and that is a good sign. What I noticed about this day is that a thick scab began to form behind my knee, a product of moving my leg a lot and constantly rubbing against fabrics and surfaces. Although it is normal and expected, it could be avoided by either washing the area more times or being careful with what comes into contact with our skin. Apart from that, the process is being correct, on time and there is no longer any chance of infection, which is a very good sign, which is why it is very important to take care of the tattoo very carefully, especially the first week!
Este fue el reporte del cuarto! como conclusion es importante seguir las indicaciones de tu artista. Todos los tatuadores recomendamos diferentes de curación que suelen ser similares pero no 100% iguales. Si tu artista te recomienda cierto proccedimiento para la curación es importante que lo sigas al pie de la letra, de lo contrario puede alterar el resultado del tatuaje.
