With coffee and croissants
Ran ragged on stones
Excavated old bones
On temples of yore
In mystical storms
Where berries crossed lips
Cavorting on walls
Then planted a kiss
Laughed between sheets
We tumbled and rolled
On tablets and scrolls
With treasures and lore
New tales in the mist
Whispered at dawn
Unraveling twists
Within spheres that glowed
On rails and streets
On highways and roads
On junctions unknown
With spirits entwined
With words still unsent
With threads in the dark
On pages to scrawl
Our names in black ink
Our bodies in wax
Entangled and tight
Melting in heat
Enthralled in the beat
With spells that bewitch
We burst on the scene
We sang without care
