I am back after a while to share with you all my very own homemade apple crumble recipe, i tried this recipe a couple times and really amazed about how it turns, while following the exact measurements of ingredients i seemed to always turn, this recipe i easily whip up whenever i crave a snack, it is healthy and is sweet enough to satisfy my sugar cravings at night time.

Regreso después de un tiempo para compartir con todos ustedes mi receta casera de crumble de manzana. La he probado un par de veces y me ha sorprendido mucho el resultado: aunque sigo las medidas exactas de los ingredientes, siempre me sale bien. Esta receta la preparo fácilmente cada vez que me dan ganas de un bocadillo; es saludable y lo suficientemente dulce como para satisfacer mis antojos de azúcar por la noche.

6 Red Apples

1 cup of vtetemjol flour

1 cup Sugar

120g Butter

2 hard oats Biscuit

1 taza de harina Vetemoj

1 taza de azúcar

120 g de mantequilla

2 galletas de avena duras

Procedure l Procedimiento

1. I Start by chopping up the six big red apples into blocks and transfer into a glass bowl, where i mix 1/2 of sugar and 1/2 of flour with the apple chops.

   Empiezo cortando las seis manzanas rojas grandes en trozos y las pongo en un tazón de vidrio, donde mezclo la mitad del azúcar y la mitad de la harina con los trozos de manzana.

1. in this step i proceed to make the crumble by adding 120g butter, 1/2 g of flour and 1/2 of sugar, i also crumble oats biscuits in to the mixture

   En este paso, procedo a preparar el crumble añadiendo 120 g de mantequilla, 1/2 g de harina y 1/2 de azúcar; además, desmenuzo unas galletas de avena y las incorporo a la mezcla

1. after mixing all the crumble ingredients in the bowl, i began using my finger to mash the mixture together making rough.

   Después de mezclar todos los ingredientes del crumble en el tazón, empecé a amasar la mezcla con el dedo hasta darle una textura grumosa.

   

1. in the next step i have transferred the apple chops into the baking glass, i spread them to be leveled and then i top the crumble on top.

   En el siguiente paso, he pasado los trozos de manzana al molde de vidrio, los he repartido para que queden nivelados y luego he cubierto todo con el crumble.

1. Here i am placing in the oven at 200 degree celcius to bake for 30 minutes

   Ahora lo meto al horno a 200 grados centígrados para hornearlo durante 30 minutos

this is the resulting look of our recipe, we have a gooey tender apple crumble ready to snack whenever, i usually would like to have this in my fridge as it is easy to make and functional to get rid of old apples, it taste really buttery and sweet at them same time just perfect satisfy my craving every time, i would like to know if you make apple crumbles regulary and if you dont would you try this recipe.

Este es el resultado final de nuestra receta: tenemos un crumble de manzana tierno y meloso, listo para comer en cualquier momento. Normalmente me gusta tenerlo en el refrigerador, ya que es fácil de preparar y muy práctico para aprovechar las manzanas maduras. Tiene un sabor muy mantecoso y dulce a la vez, simplemente perfecto para satisfacer mis antojos en todo momento.
