My Alive and Thriving last day of July!

Hello friends!
Happy #aliveandthriving Friday afternoon to you, and thank you for your visit!

So friends this afternoon I went out on the bike and got in a few miles and while I was riding I took a few interesting photos I would like to share with you this afternoon, so let's get started!

Riding down my street I saw the Sunflowers were in "round 3", and blooming again!
I first took this photo,

Then I looked and figured it would be a good idea to share with you the size of these plants. This is easy 13 ft./ 3.962 meters,

I was getting ready to go from that spot and noticed that this one had a Bee on it,

Riding over to the Park I found these Plains coreopsis (Tickseed) growing in a tiny group, somewhat odd for them,

And looking over the water you can see Pita and Padre Islands, the dark spots are Seagrass and you can also see the old Pier in the water,

From there I rode down the Channel and found these growing. They are, Blue pimpernel the were pretty vibrant and I liked how they were growing so I took a photo,

And the Lower Breeding Pond from a somewhat side angle. Yes it is drying up,

I left there and headed home. On the way I looked up and saw this Contrail with a "bend" in it...

And then I rode home and that was a few photos from my #aliveandthriving Friday afternoon!
