This will be an open-source software that can be run on minimal hardware requirements by anyone on different platforms.
The SPS governance system will work via a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus model, where SPS stakeholders vote for accounts running the node validator software to represent them for validating all SPS transactions and who will control the SPS Foundation funds.
The incentivization model for SPS node validators is a combined one. There will be rewards based on the ranking determined by the total amount of SPS stake that votes on node validators, with top validators being better paid. And there are also rewards paid to owners of SPS node validator licenses, which can be purchased. The two types of rewards can be combined.
