Easter Saturday Barbecue - summertime
Today was a simply beautiful day in Limassol - the weather 25 degrees Fahrenheit and a perfect summer's day.
My wife and I decided to barbecue.
A perfect fire
| Chicken kebabs all ready to go onto the fire | Chicken pieces with herbs and spices |

All on the fire now - nothing beats the smell of barbecued meat
Tabbouleh salad made with chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, lemon and olive oil
off the fire
...and onto the plates
Pink grapefruit and soda - a very refreshing non alcoholic drink
Time to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour
Then a treat to round it all off - roasted marshmallows
All that's left is for us to take a nice walk to the promenade
