My first write-up : NIGHT-TIME

The planetary body orbiting the earth parades itself
For the time between evening and morning
The bats come out for their daily lives,
The luminous plasma-filled objects are visible
and Crickets chat about the fireflies
Human life recedes and quaint silence is overt.
At night, there is peace and calm
and secrets are revealed,
Deep earth-shattering secrets unseen by the human eyes.
Secrets told by the clearness of head
and by the openness of heart
A good conversation under the air of the night
could turn into an adventure,
tantamount to climbing the Everest and crossing the Atlantic
Little wonder why the poet Ernest Hemmingway wrote
''The things of the night cannot be explained in the day
Because they do not then exist''

Stars are born at night
For at the early hours of the AM,
Genuine words are spoken, vulnerability is inevitable
and sparks of the flame of passion are lit
for man's soul is bare under the moonlight.
' Seize the night' they say
For no better time to think critically
about purpose and stretching to reach the Stars.
Minds speak the loudest,most audible
and the most articulate at night,
thoughts are deep and without an iota of doubt,
Life dances to the music of the night.
