Learn to say "NO"
Happy Sunday guys, a little piece of my mind to think about.
Say No when your piece of mind is at stake, when your values are threatened, when your faith is not sure, when you are at detriment or even when you just don't want to, Just say No.
You are not a bad person for saying No for the sake of your sanity, so you can sleep well at night even when people try to make you feel bad . This does not mean that you are not open and giving but once in a while please say No.
