課題１１　毎朝、全身鏡を見て、身なりを整える

「毎朝、全身鏡を見て、身なりを整える」

毎朝、会社に行く前に鏡をチェックしてはいるが、寝癖を直す程度。
今日は服装までしっかり考えて見た。

やはり、しっかり考えて選んだ甲斐もあって、自分に自信が持てているように感じた。

ガネーシャとしても、「自分に自信の持てる服を身につければ、行動や言動も変わる」と言っている。

服装を変えることで、自分自身に自信を持てるようになって行きたい。

明日の課題は「自分の得意なことを他人に聞く」です。

Every morning, I look a mirror for only set my hair.
But today, I check the mirror.

I could be proud of myself, because I choose my clothes.

Ganesha also says 'If you wear the clothes, your action will change."

I want to be proud of me by choosing my clothes which I can be proud of.

Tomorrow's task is 'asking other people who know your storong points.
