The way things are changing, sticking to a plan may not be the best option. Flexibility is the need of the hour.

Moreover, the changes that are happening in this 21st century are not just temporary distractions, these are permanent disruptions. If we are thinking that things will come back to good old normal days then it will be a mistake from our end, plans will have to amended.

It would be foolish to stick to what we have thought or planned in the past, if the market has changed, the product/service will have to be changed.

Most people take to their egos and want to prove what they had thought is right but we must understand that it is not about if the plan is right and wrong. The plan might be right but the important point is, it is no longer feasible, the scenario for which it was planned has changed.

Even one news from a different part of the world can disrupt the market, such is the impact of globalisation, this is what interconnectedness can do.

This will also change the way business functions, long term plans will be replaced with short-term plans, 5 years plans will be cut short to 6-month plans.

Time has come when we must get in a habit of continuous modifications and changes in every aspect of our life.

If such is the pace of change, how are we going to tackle it with the conventional education system, which is more or less static?

Our education system and learning have to shift from static to dynamic. One time certificate or degree will not help us much in tackling the fast pace world, learning will have to be continuous and dynamic.
