민간화폐, 중앙은행화폐등 발행주체와는 별개문제로 봅니다
위기라는 본질이 화폐의 명목가치와 실질가치의 차이에서 발생하기 때문입니다
차이를 줄이는 과정이 위기라는 형태로 나타난다고 봅니다
뱅크런을 불러오는 화폐의 실질가치와 명목가치 차이는
신용창출(본원통화의 수배~십수배)이라는 통화시스템에 있는것이지
민간은행,중앙은행의 문제, 화폐자체의 문제는 아닌것같습니다
