Flat Iron
Oh corporate restaurants are doing oh so good these days.
You could say the home run small medium sized businesses just aren't doing it right, or you could say the policy environment is stacked against them, but for the bigger conglomerate and chain restaurants.
Anyway, rant aside, I think I'm quite lucky to enjoy a steak quite this good. I'm not complaining!
