Growing Together: My Plans for 100K Hive Power
Honestly, 100K Hive Power is a huge amount, and
when I came across this prompt, I had to pause and really think about what I would genuinely do if I had that kind of strength on Hive. For someone like me who started from a small account and understands how difficult growth can sometimes feel, having that level of influence would means a lot.
The first thing that came to my mind was support. When I joined Hive, there were several whales who supported me in one way or another, and I can honestly say that their support contributed to my growth on the platform. Sometimes, a single vote from a strong account can motivate someone to keep posting, improve their content, and believe that their effort is being noticed. I experienced that personally, so if I had 100K Hive Power, one of my major priorities would be to support smaller accounts, especially people who are consistent but may not yet have enough visibility.
There are many users on Hive who create good content but struggle because they are still growing and do not yet have enough engagement. I really do know how encouraging it feels when someone stronger notices your work, so I would use part of that power to regularly vote for quality posts from smaller users and help them build confidence and grow their accounts gradually. For me, that would be one meaningful way of giving back to the platform that has also helped me.
Another thing I would likely do is create a space or community where people can post around certain topics and get rewarded for their effort. I have noticed that some whales focus their support within specific communities they created or strongly believe in. A good example is , who built different communities and consistently rewards people who contribute there.
If I had 100K Hive Power, I would love to build something similar—a community where people can share meaningful content, interact, and also have a fair chance of being rewarded. .
I could also delegate some of the hive power to smaller accounts so that they can get more visibility and also have the chance of growing faster on the platform.
In the end, if I had 100K Hive Power, my goal would not only be personal growth but also helping others on the platform, experience the same encouragement that has helped me stay active on Hive.
