Que tal comunidad espero todos se encuentren muy bien, el dia de hoy paso a darles una rutina "generica" para que puedan entrenar su front lever de manera correcta e inteligente, espero les sirva y sea de su agrado el video nos vemos en la proxima y un saludo

How are you, community? I hope everyone is very well, today I am going to give you a "generic" routine so that you can train your front lever correctly and intelligently, I hope it works for you and you like the video, see you in the next one and a gretting

RUTINA/RUTINE

Dominadas: 6 a 8 reps/ 4 series/ descanso de 2 minutos,

elevaciones de tuck: 4 a 6 reps/ 4 series/descanso de 2 minutos

supermans: 10 a 12 reps/ 4 series/ descanso de 2 minutos

aguantes en tuck o en adv tuck: 10 a 15 seg/ 4 series/ descanso de 2 minutos


Pull-ups: 6-8 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Tuck Raises: 4-6 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Supermans: 10-12 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Tuck Holds or in adv tuck: 10 to 15 seconds/ 4 series/ 2-minute rest
