Envy

Ah, envy, that exhilarating pastime we all enjoy so much. Who doesn't love feeling a twinge of resentment when someone else succeeds or possesses something we ardently desire? It's so refreshing to watch others thrive while we secretly seethe with envy. After all, who needs that pesky joy for others' achievements when we can nurture our own bitterness?
