The Joys Of Pet Ownership...

So I had to take the pup to the vet today....

And because of that, I was going through some older photos of her and found a few that seemed to fit perfectly today.

Disclaimer, these photos are not from today's visit to the vet, but as you can see....My Rottweiler seems to love getting hurt.

And like most Rotties, it's always their legs....

This was from a few years ago when she decided to slice her front leg wide open on some sheet metal and we had to rush her to the emergency room to get stitched up. She handled it like a champ and it only set me back around 700 bucks LOL

Well of course, she hurt her legs again and today was a quick trip to the vet to get an exam done. The end result was around 200 bucks.....Not bad right?

LOL I wish it was that cheap....

The vet suggested an x-ray next to see if there is any ligament damage to her back legs, which she thinks there may be. That's 900 bucks, because they need to knock her out and sedate her for the procedure.

Still, not horrible.....If it doesn't need surgery.

If surgery is needed.....Around 5000 bucks LOL

I think my next pet will be a gold fish.....They seem to be much less expensive to own and care for!!!
