It Hurts When You Cancel Your Order
One afternoon, I was busy making and preparing flowers for future orders. As I shared with you last time, my hands got numb after almost non-stop crocheting for three days.
I received a chat message from a stranger asking for an available flower bouquet that could be delivered within the day. As I have already prepared some flowers, I sent him some flower bouquets that I had made in the past that can be easily arranged and wrapped.
I asked him his location and realized that he's in Bacolod City, where I have to travel 2 hours before I reach his location. I told him that I have my flower bouquets also displayed at Ayala Malls, but he wanted the specific flower bouquet that I don't have in Ayala.
This was a sample of my previous flower bouquet.
He agreed on the price I offered and immediately asked my G-cash number to send his payment together with the shipping fees.
After receiving the full amount of his payment, I immediately arrange the flowers and wrapped them when he message me again saying that he can't wait the flowers at his home address the next day as he will be leaving and wanted to pick up the flower bouquet at the Ayala Malls.
I was at the last part of tying the ribbons that time. I couldn't grant his wish of picking up the flower bouquet at the Ayala Malls as our delivery of products to Ayala is scheduled every 1st week and 3rd week of the month. And he ordered a day after the delivery to Ayala was made. π
The one I made after he paid.
I gave him other options in which he can pick up the flower bouquet at the North Bus Terminal at Bacolod City but he didn't want to. He then cancelled his order and urge me to send his money in full.
I was heartbroken at that time but there's nothing I could do. I asked his G-cash number and sent the whole amount right away.
I wanted to block his account in Facebook right at that moment so he couldn't order again in the future but then I realized that maybe someday he could pursue his order completely. But I had to make sure he will have more time to wait for his order at home and be able to meet all his requests.
That time, I just continued tying the ribbon of the flower bouquet and put it in a box to protect it from the dust while I'm feeling devastated.
I then proceed to other stuff of making crochet earrings to divert my attention as I almost on the verge of crying. These earrings will be displayed at Ayala Malls in the next delivery.
