Para caminar 22 kilómetros con una elevación de más de 200 metros, hay que estar en buen estado físico. Impresionante el lugar que has visitado; hermosos esos senderos colmados de bella naturaleza.
Preciosas las especies de orquídeas que has hallado; me encantan las que crecen de manera silvestre.
Genial que pasaras por el bosque más antiguo de Monsanto.

To hike 22 kilometers with an elevation gain of over 200 meters, you need to be in good physical condition. The place you visited is impressive; those trails are beautiful, brimming with stunning nature.
The orchid species you found are gorgeous; I love the ones that grow wild.
