Mi hermosa mata de limón/ My beautiful lemon tree

Hola a todos en Hive! Hoy quiero compartir un proyecto que me tiene muy entusiasmado y que ocurre justo en mi patio trasero. Como muchos de nosotros en Hive valoramos la sostenibilidad, la naturaleza y la jardinería casera, este tema me pareció perfecto para compartirlo.
​Esta es mi mata de limón (ver imagen de la izquierda). Es una planta resistente y valiente que ha estado luchando por crecer, pero como pueden ver, la pobre está rodeada de obstáculos. El suelo está cubierto de chatarra vieja: un tambor de metal oxidado, restos de metal, una rueda vieja y bloques de hormigón. Además, la pared de ladrillo está muy desgastada. Es un entorno difícil para cualquier planta.
​Mi objetivo este mes es transformar este rincón caótico en un refugio productivo y pacífico para mi mata de limón. No solo quiero quitar la basura; quiero darle espacio para que respire, para que sus raíces puedan explorar el suelo sin encontrarse con un tambor de metal, y para que la energía que usa para sobrevivir pueda usarla para florecer y dar fruto.

Hello everyone on Hive! Today I want to share a project that I'm really excited about, happening right in my backyard. Since many of us here on Hive value sustainability, nature, and home gardening, I thought this would be the perfect topic to share.
​This is my lemon tree (see the image on the left). It's a tough, resilient plant that has been fighting to grow, but as you can see, the poor thing is surrounded by obstacles. The ground is covered in old junk: a rusty metal drum, metal scraps, an old wheel, and concrete blocks. On top of that, the brick wall is pretty worn down. It’s definitely a tough environment for any plant.
​My goal this month is to transform this chaotic corner into a productive, peaceful sanctuary for my lemon tree. I don't just want to clear away the trash; I want to give it space to breathe, so its roots can explore the soil without running into a metal drum, and so the energy it's using just to survive can be used to bloom and bear fruit instead.
