You're Not An Island
Life keeps pulling you in different directions, you get too busy to keep in touch with other people, then you get lonely.
It's a familiar pattern that is easy to dismiss as "part of life." But loneliness isn't supposed to be a part of your life. That sort of isolation is a potential killer, reducing life expectancy considerably.
The truth is, you need good company for a healthy life. We all do!
