Monday Motivation
When people are committed to misunderstanding you, let them be right. It is a complete waste of time to try and justify your words, your actions, and who you are to someone who has already made the decision to make you wrong so they can be right.
Self reflection and the ability to be wrong can be very scary for a lot of people. Not everyone is ready to reach that level. Let them be right and let yourself be at peace.
Sometimes, no matter what you say or do, some people have already decided that they have got you figured out...and they're committed to making sure that you stay in that box that they want you to stay in! Life is too short to hand over one's power to people like that.
