Opening Barbeque Season!

Hello guys,

Bank holiday in London went really well! Me and allasyummyfood@allasyummyfood went to friends house for birthday party and barbecue season opening.

I cooked a lot of protein for upcoming transformation!

I was cooking, but allasyummyfood@allasyummyfood checked readiness of barbecue, with team work we prepared good and juicy crispy chicken and port barbecue!

Overall we had such a good time!

Now is time to hit the gym and use all the protein for building muscles!
