what is happening? : November 6 2024

today will be the easiest entry of my entire blogging life. so better grab on to something or you will be caught in a whirlwind.

i got busy making a short video for my entry yesterday, i am not the best at making videos so that one definitely took more time just to make it presentable. after editing and cutting and stitching videos together, i finally got it to a point where i think it will be presentable enough. finally downloaded the video and uploaded to instagram. that was easy and quick, even got views instantly. not that it will go viral, i am no influencer to have that big of an impact.

setting the video aside, i finally started drafting a quite long entry for a festival i witnessed during my night walks. got a bit excited with it and wrote down quite a long one, a bit refreshing to write something long for quite a while now. then finally came the video uploading.

ooops...

nothing!

i tried 3speak, nothing happened.
tried uploading through ecency, same.
tried directly through actifit, nada.
what is happening????

it was very frustrating to realize that something you took a lot of time and effort in making will not get published for the people to see. it is very frustrating to find out that i will have to upload that video at a later time, days after the original post entry gets posted. its relevance will be minimized.

and this is actually not the first time that hive's video posting apps have failed me. admittedly, i am not the best, but i tried. sad.

at least this almond snack i brought from korea was there to accompany my bitterness today. i can't help but smile just looking at the packaging.

and because it took me quite a while to settle things out, i just went to the gym for my cardio for the night. no nightwalking for today guys. today will be a straight up treadmill only session.

sometimes days like these do come. i still don't know when 3speak will be fixed but i now have i pending video to upload. i wonder how to connect that video to the original entry. not that i get lots of readers but i hope that video gets seen by many people once finally uploaded.

oh well. sometimes, life sucks.
