The Building on the Rock

It was a day of beach, sun and sand, where I was looking to relax, spend a different time and refresh myself, I was in the state of La Guaira specifically in the Catia La Mar Sector, my camera was continually pointed north, towards the beach capturing in dozens of photographs of the deep blue that characterizes the Venezuelan coast. But at some point during the day I realized that behind me was a large apartment tower, it was built right on a rock and seemed to protrude into the abyss, to this day I do not know its name but without a doubt it called my name a lot. attention, the truth brought back many memories and allowed me to imagine thousands of things, the view of the sea from there must be spectacular, but at the same time it must be a bit scary to be there in the middle of nowhere with no other buildings around. Curiously, when I saw that scene, a famous television series called Game of Thrones came to my mind, specifically the chapter where Daenerys Targaryen returns to her home in Dragonstone. Maybe my imagination goes too far, but I think that's what life is about, living, dreaming and enjoying every moment.

El Edificio en La Roca

Era un día de playa, sol y arena, en donde buscaba relajarme, pasar un rato diferente y refrescarme, me encontraba en el estado La Guaira específicamente en el Sector Catia La Mar, mi cámara continuamente era apuntada al norte, hacia la playa capturando en decenas de fotografías el azul profundo que caracteriza a las costas venezolanas. Pero en algún momento de día me di cuenta de que a mi espalda se encontraba una gran torre de apartamentos, estaba construida justo sobre una roca y parecía sobresalir hacia el abismo, hasta el día de hoy desconozco su nombre pero sin duda que llamo mucho mi atención, la verdad me trajo muchos recuerdos y me permitió imaginarme miles de cosas, la vista del mar desde allí debe ser espectacular, pero al mismo tiempo debe dar algo de temor estar allí en medio de la nada sin ningún otro edificio alrededor. Curiosamente al ver esa escena se me llego a la mete una famosa serie de televisión llamada Juego de Tronos, específicamente el capítulo en donde Daenerys Targaryen regresa su hogar en Rocadragón. Tal vez mi imaginación va muy lejos, pero creo que la vida se trata de eso, vivir, soñar y disfruta de cada instante.
