Fruto Santo: A Coffee to Dream About

For some time now, I have noticed a new brand of coffee standing out on the shelves of various markets; its packaging inspires elegance, exclusivity, and style. At first, I thought it was a foreign brand, but after taking a closer look, I realized that it is a product with 100% Venezuelan roots, made from beans grown in the heart of the Venezuelan Andes. Therefore, it was to be expected that it would be a product with good character, an interesting aroma, and a delicious flavor.

For some time, I was about to take it home, but to tell the truth, it is a little more expensive than average, and in recent months I have been trying to economize my expenses, since these first months of the year tend to be quite austere, and therefore it is essential to economize in order to cover all the household needs.

But one fine day, I couldn't resist the temptation any longer, and the first thing I bought was that enigmatic coffee called Fruto Santo. I took it home and, without hesitation, began to prepare it. This time, I decided to make it in the electric coffee maker, as I didn't have much time and needed a quick result.

In Venezuela, we are accustomed to coffee snacks always being accompanied by something else; bread would be the classic choice, but a nice piece of cake is also perfect for occasions like this. And so, as fate would have it, I found the perfect, powerful combination, where the flavors are enhanced and you are carried away on a sea of deep feelings and emotions.

I think I have rarely been able to appreciate an aroma as sublime and interesting as the one that emanates from this delicious coffee. As it says on the packaging, each sip is accompanied by notes of chocolate, with a truly incredible natural sweetness. I was preparing myself for a drink with bitter notes, but fortunately I was mistaken, and that is how I managed to connect with a flavor that I deeply adore.
