Sad truths exist, they're inconvenient at worst
If they're thrown to the sea, they'll come back to the coast
If we can't handle those facts, it doesn't mean much at all
Other than that, that we are destined to fall

Compassion and (affective) empathy are nice things to have
But if they are blinding us, they should be thrown to the shaft

Fear and hate shouldn't be undermind
But when we only see it in others, we're effectively blind

Analytical thinking & systematic approach
is what actually solve things, and not an op-ed in post
