Celebrando: Dia mundial cáncer de mama

Una semana más, y ya terminamos este reto, que bien me siento, el haber participado, conocer e interactuar con otros hivers, es bonito esto, cuando nos apoyamos entre todos.😍

Y que mejor forma de terminar, que celebrando hoy 19 de Octubre, el día mundial del cáncer de mama, y como cada año, es costumbre, que realizan ciertas actividades en apoyo a todas estas mujeres guerreras, sobrevivientes de esta enfermedad, donde la Sociedad Anticancerosa, promueva y crea dichas actividades, como la caminata o bailo terapias.

EL viernes mi mamá y yo, decidimos ir y participar, nos fuimos a bailar, a mover el cuerpo, fue una tarde diferente para nosotras, nos pintamos la cara, y bailamos un poco; como bien saben yo no soy muy buena para esto, pero hago mi intento, y agradezco estos meses en el gym, pues gracias a la instructora es que pude aguantar y moverme jajaja.

Y por cierto, hoy fue la caminata rosa, también nos fuimos para allá, luego les estaré mostrando y contando como nos fue, y les traeré el video de la bailoterapia, la verdad fue muy ameno, divertido, sin duda, valió la pena ir.

Doy gracias a Dios por permitirme compartir estos momentos con mi compañera de aventuras, mi bella madre, y por darme otro año más para seguir celebrando, con ella de su recuperación y sanación de esta dura enfermedad, pido a Dios que bendiga a todas las mujeres que aún sigue luchando, que seguimos aquí, batallando para sentirnos mejor cada día, sea cual sea la enfermedad que tengamos, siempre adelante, con fe, de la mano de Dios siempre-.

One more week, and we've completed this challenge. I feel so good about having participated, getting to know and interacting with other hivers. It's wonderful when we all support each other.

And what better way to end than by celebrating today, October 19, World Breast Cancer Day. As is customary every year, certain activities are held in support of all these warrior women, survivors of this disease, where the Anti-Cancer Society promotes and creates these activities, such as walking or dance therapy.

On Friday, my mom and I decided to go and participate. We went dancing, moving our bodies. It was a different afternoon for us. We painted our faces and danced a little. As you know, I'm not very good at this, but I try, and I'm grateful for these months at the gym because, thanks to the instructor, I was able to keep up and move, hahaha.

And by the way, today was the pink walk, we went there too. Later, I'll show you and tell you how it went, and I'll bring you the video of the dance therapy. The truth is that it was very enjoyable, fun, and definitely worth going.

I thank God for allowing me to share these moments with my adventure partner, my beautiful mother, and for giving me another year to continue celebrating with her her recovery and healing from this difficult disease. I ask God to bless all the women who are still fighting, who are still here, battling to feel better every day, whatever illness we may have, always moving forward, with faith, always hand in hand with God.
