A New Addiction
We drove to the other town Sunday morning to bring the cousins to their homes. They came with the husband here in DD on Saturday for a quick visit and needed to return early to attend the mass.
Aside from that, I ran out of meds as I've been down with a nasty bug for a while. It started in October so I thought it was due to my lack of rest and sleep from the hospital stays, but the blood test results say otherwise. The symptoms go away and then come back a day or two later. I'm still baffled about how I got it but it's something that isn't easy to deal with since it affects my head, stomach, and breathing. It's one of the reasons why I postponed my trip to my parents this week until I'm cleared. I couldn't risk infecting any of them, especially with their weaker immune systems.
Anyway, while in the other town, we stopped by my sister's to pick up a pack of my new addiction😅
Kirkland Signature Cashew Clusters.
A mix of roasted cashews, almonds, and flavored pumpkin seed kernels. I could consume plenty of the clustered mix when I'm indoors. I wonder if it's just me but I tend to feel hungry all the time when I'm home, lol!
But yeah, I love to nibble on the clustered nuts while Hiving, trading, reading, listening to music, or even when I'm just on the couch. I'd say the bite-sized clusters are a wholesome treat. They are seasoned with honey, cane sugar, sea salt, and rice syrup. And I love that they are gluten-free. I'm just thankful my Lil Guy doesn't like them or he would be fighting for his piece each time I eat, lol!
My sister usually orders boxes through her friend in Canada because they are sellable in their shops and pharmacies. I blamed her for this addiction and teased her I would be restless if she ran out of stocks, lol! It's a bit pricey by local standards but worth every penny because it satisfies our tastebuds, cravings, and appetites!
Want a bite? LOL!
Have a fantastic day, frens!
