A Lil Bit of Fun at Merlion
After checking the menu at the counter at the Merlion Resto, the husband came and placed his phone on the table as he took his seat. My eyes, or more like my Reticular Activating System (RAS), which is already programmed to the things I like, alerted me to the reflections on the phone screen.
Of course, I couldn't let it pass. So click! The lucky bamboo in the glass vase appears darker in the reflection.
I moved the condiment set and tried to photograph its reflections together with the plant vase, but couldn't get a better shot than this.
Moved the phone a little farther away from the keys, and the reflection of the windows, curtains, and part of the parking building's roof showed up on its screen. The chair's backrest (its thin vertical spindles) is also reflected on the tabletop.
This was our view at that time, by the way.
One more shot of the plant's reflection on the phone.
Looking up after our meal, I noticed the LED ceiling lamp's reflection and thought it was quite cool, so click!
My lil boy was getting curious, and I had to end my hunt that day.
Meanwhile, it rained most of yesterday, and if I listened to my lazy bones, I would have just wasted the day snoozing or watching movies. Thankfully, I was feeling energetic, so I sought things to do. I ended up sorting stuff in the greenhouse storage, which was a good time since the hubby drove out to the other town. It was easier to discard unneeded things without anyone objecting.๐
Well, he thought we were going with him, but I opted not to, knowing he might have a long chismis with whoever he was meeting. True enough, he came back home at 3 pm.๐
Joke aside, he met the new guys who will be working on the farms, and also helped his old man (my father-in-law) with some heavy work. Then he picked up our parcels from my sister's workplace and dropped by the stainless steel fabricator to check on the work we contracted him to do.
And just as the forecast said, it is raining today too. But we will find something better to do.
