A Shared Human Drive

Someone has a goal and is grinding hard toward it, at least that's what crossed my mind on seeing this motorized cart loaded with plastic goods, toys, and such when we were driving along the street in the other town long ago.

Yesterday, while out in the yard, an ice cream vendor passed by, and the same thought came to me. Maybe it's her way of providing for her family. It occurred to me yet again that we all have something we are pushing towards.

Well, even the richest man on earth is still working on various projects, which proves that while wealth changes what people chase, it rarely stops the chasing. One doesn't stop just because they reached a certain peak. There is that innate human drive to build, grow, and progress. We have that inherent need to evolve, seek better things. For if we don't, what else are we waking up each day for then?

Aah, my thoughts are rambling again. So before it goes on, let me shush it and update my small year-end goal on-chain instead.😁

Slow yet steadily growing, with 60 HIVE added in the week. HBD is still stuck. I have been meaning to withdraw it from savings and swap it with HIVE, but life happened, and I forgot about it, lol. Finally did that a while ago and discovered HBD Savings APR is at 12%. Still pretty good, especially when one has a larger amount saved. It keeps growing as the interest earned compounds every 30 days.

Anyhow, that's just about it for today. I hope to set the time soon to do small trades on the internal market. It could be a good way to grow the HIVE a little more quickly.
