LineBot 聊天機器人的規劃
首先，要決定使用的IDE（即程式編輯器），我這裡選用的是Visual Studio Code-2。原因：
- 是微軟出品的程式，相對有長期維護的基礎，不用擔心瞬間停止開發
- 這款程式是“免費”的，不用費心找破解版
- 她內建就支援JS的顏色標示，方便辨識
