Line Chatbot的AccessToken
要實現Line機器人，必不可少的是一個Line帳號。
手機的Line上面，要以EMAIL註冊，好和自己的Line帳號做連結。
再到 LINE 網頁登入
選「開始使用一般帳號」後，
進入右方的「Messaging API設定」頁面，而以我們現在要先簡單讓Line上線的話
重點放在：AccessToken
