New (ongoing/long-term) project: Reduce toxic load!
Although my hair mineral analysis showed low toxics I have a number of symptoms (e.g. ichy, dry skin and bad hair) which I think I can improve by further reducing toxins in my everyday life. The last 6 years or so, I have taken more and more steps towards "toxic free" living. For example, I almost exclusively eat organic and grass fed, I purify my water and I had traded plastic lunch boxes for glass containers. However, there are many more things that can be done and it's time to turn this into an (ongoing/long-term) project!
