Adrenal stress profile test
Sample 2/4 of adrenal stress profile test collected!
As my temp test (see previous post) revealed an adrenal problem I'm doing a saliva test to further investigate my cortisol and DHEA levels. I will collect 4 tubes of saliva (morning, mid day, afternoon and late night) and then have them sent to a laboratory in England for analysis. The results will give me more info to determine how to hack this to optimise my adrenal function and eliminate stress symptoms. 👍
