继续和米豆腐对着干
由于打折买多了米豆腐,又不好意思丢掉,毕竟还没有过期呢!只能想方设法把它消耗掉。
米豆腐蛋花汤不行,那就按照小红书的方法用油煎炸着吃吧!
先切好小粒,焯水沥干,起锅烧油,再转小火,慢慢地煎。等到两面脆脆的,再加入生抽食盐调味。起锅盛盘,这次比早上的好吃多了,但是里面还是没有什么味道,不知道是黄豆腐的原因还是米豆腐本来就是这样(早上是白豆腐)。就是这个方法有点儿费刷子,容易粘锅。
