yesterday I was really fascinated by the story of Henry Royce, the brain child of the most luxurious car company in the world, how he through his passion built something trans-generational.

born in a poor home, 5th child of the family, Henry somehow found himself working in an electric company within that era he began to play with cars engine mechanics and went on to study mechanical engineering, one day when he bought his first car but was unsatisfied with the whole thing and went in to began fixing it and figuring things out, after that was done, the car sounded super better, that idea struck in him to try out another experiment on another car, this time he totally disassemble the car and start building it from scratch and from that single experiment began his breakthrough in building one of the world's luxurious, car brand in the world.

then just like most start ups he needed some good capital to invest and while he has succeeded in making two cars at the time he came in contact with Charles Rolls who was a wealthy car Marchant at the time, the both collaborated and signed a deal that resulted into becoming one of the best partnership deal while Henry Royce was the brain child behind the cars manufacturing, Charles rolls was the outside guy, car dealer and a phenomenal wealthy man, so when the partnership deal was signed they became a merger with the name Rolls-Royce.

the story of a young boy born in a poor home, with passion and zeal left him with no future insight, followed his passion and later built one of the world's best high-end luxury cars tailored for the elites due to it's incredible engineering and performance, one thing stand out for me and that is paying attention to the area of our passion.

personally I feel that's like our own specialty, like a gift God placed in every human on earth, this gift finds expression in the areas of our passion for something, whatever it is, there's something each person is fond of, venturing into that thing is how you gain relevance in life, that's how you find your niche, staying with it through consistently building, failing , going back again trying again and again is how mastery is gained and success is achieved.

I am really inspired by the story of Henry royce, be was born poor but died one of the wealthiest man in his time, not only was he manufacturing cars but also venture into Manufacturing aircraft engine till date that remains a major part of the Rolls-Royce company.

this may sound like a motivational talk but deep down it's the ultimate fact, going into what you love doing, whatever makes you feel good doing it, is the only way you can stick and stay consistently improving even when it doesn't make sense, especially in the face of so many difficult odds, this is how people don't give up, those that quit in the face of adversity are in areas that are not really their thing,

to succeed, mind what you're doing and do it with all your hearts and soul, fall in love with it and it will make you relevant and on-demand, let your passion fuel your curiosity, this is how you rise on a steady path, discovering new horizon.
