Started Selling on Mercari - Already Made Three Sales!

I've been trying to understand how people make any money at all off of Pokemon cards and I've still not been able to figure that part out yet, I guess it's all about getting stuff graded if you score something big, for the average job attempting to resale is really hard and there's really no money in it.

I'm also guessing that many of the people reselling things may also even be distributors that are getting cards below retail value.

I made the mistake of just buying too much and buying things I thought were good deals but come to find out were not when you consider selling fees and shipping but to try to get at least a little bit of my money back I've been trying to start spreading out where I sell things or where I attempt to sell things.

I'm already using Ebay and TCGPlayer but I just recently started using Mercari as well.

It's incredibly time consuming listing in so many places but it does help. I've made three sales on Mercari already for $49, of which I'll get $41. It seems to be better rates at least than both Ebay and TCGPlayer so I'm going to keep trying to run as much as I can through Mercari and see where that goes.
