New TCG Hobbies

Most of my posts on here in the past (and it's been a long time now since I've posted anything on here) were from blockchain gaming and/or NFT hobbies. I've since moved on from those and took a long time away to focus on work and family but now I'm trying to get back into hobbies and reconnect with old friends. I've been playing TCGs a little bit at my local shop and starting to collect Magic the Gathering, Pokemon and certain other TCGs that I like to play. This doubles as a way of doing something with my daughter too given she likes to open packs of any cards with me and also as an investment of sorts I can stash away to give her some day in the future to do with as she pleases.

Anyone that follows MTG knows that Strixhaven just launched and I decided to purchase some of the Mystical Archives cards as the newest adds to the collection. I personally love borderless cards or extended art style cards.

I made sure to pick up the Vampiric Tutor cards because it's one of my favorites from the Mystical Archives.
