Paris Released in Upland

The city of Paris has been released in Upland but only partially so far as a Tier 3 city. It will eventually become a Tier 1 city once the entire city is released but knowing Upland that could take an extraordinary amount of time to reach. We still haven't even seen London be expanded to a Tier 3 city and it's been ages since that city was released now.

Even still, it is actually pretty cool having Paris in the game because at some point down the road it could become one of the best Tier 1 cities in all of Upland to hunt in given it's relatively small size and circular shape.
