and what does it mean? In the course of the study we will find out what it means.
For those of us who have been following our French classes, you may be surprised at the topic of today being lesson #1. The reason is simply because it’s a new month so im starting from day 1 and hoping we follow each other to learn easily.

Now, this word is a very important one and common in usage , whether in written French or spoken French. It helps us express ourselves someway and Parfois means sometimes. It’s a simple word but very useful and versatile.

It is pronounced [par-fwah].
This is another useful everyday word because life is not always black and white. Sometimes things happen, sometimes they don’t, not everything is certain so it helps us when we are trying to express a certain level of uncertainty.

Examples:

Parfois je cuisine. – Sometimes I cook.

Parfois il pleut. – Sometimes it rains.

Nous regardons des films parfois. – We sometimes watch movies.
