Pulling up to a beautiful sun filled nook of Spain makes me appreciate everything more. Sunshine is often the best medicine.
The slump I feel in the dark, gloomy long days of the UK at this time of year, always makes me feel this dread for the long slog that is coming. Why accept this has how my life will be? Why not travel to somewhere that gives me the vitality and inspiration I need to love the clean life I cherish?
Rewarding ones self with some time off from the every day. Being outside, with nature, nurturing your body and spirit. It can’t get much better.
Blissful early mornings by the ocean, meditating with the waves as your crutch.
Vibrant flora and fauna that seeps into your veins and creates a euphoria like no other.
With this inspiring time, I move forward, moment by moment, with my heart and mind open to my next path. 🙏🏻
