약물요법 : 경구용 인 투여 , bisphosphonate
수술요법 : 부갑상샘절제술
저칼슘식이섭취
부갑상샘저하증
저칼슘혈증과 고인산혈증
(테타니: chvostek’ s sign trousseau ‘s sign 양성)
치료: 칼슘 마그네슘 비타민 D 투여
주의사항!! 칼슘이 많은 식이를 하나 인이 많이 포함된 식이(우유 요구르트 치즈)는 피함
