My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2026

Due to physical and mental illness, I fell asleep after taking medicine in the evening. I live in a common room, so others will turn on their bedside lights if necessary—this is normal.

So, as soon as I woke up, I saw that someone had spread her veil over my face, so that the light would not fall into my eyes and disturb my sleep.

Personally, I am a very emotional person. Being good to everyone is the biggest thing I want and get. Maybe this is why, in the equation of reality, I have suffered very undesirably at every stage of my life from people I considered my own. The intensity of which was—and still is—terrible.

However, when I receive something from someone else that I am used to doing for others, I am very surprised. I feel a strange coldness in my chest.

And I think, I also deserve these little acts of care and attention.

God did not want me to live disrespected and neglected by anyone.

People who respect me, understand me, and think about me; I am grateful to the souls who are suffering from my pain. Even a dog or cat that falls asleep at my feet when I am sitting alone makes me feel that my Allah loves me.

Alhamdulillah for everything.
Allah is undoubtedly the best planner.
