Disconnected From Nature
When we are disconnected from nature we separate ourselves from an intrinsic part of ourself. Life and nature live in harmony with each other and when we are not in alignment with our true nature we experience stess, anxiety and depression.
When we align with ourself and listen to how we feel we correct the imbalances we feel through honouring what we feel we can realign with our Self. Tracy
