During the morning shift duty on Wednesday, a few people from the Ministry of Health visited our clinic for a regular inspection. Hence, after their arrival, I closed my regular chamber, and for the rest of the shift, I was in the visa medical section. Good for me, they didn't come to the visa medical section :)

In the evening shift, I did regular duty in my chamber. I consulted a total of 31 patients on Wednesday. Still, we are getting kids and adults with tummy upsets; vomiting/nausea/diarrhea/abdominal pain, etc.

At home, I walked on the treadmill two times, 15 minutes each. 30 minutes of walking helped me reach 15,647 steps, burn 2885 calories, and cover 10.81 km (according to the Fitbit app).

BBH Project Tribe Power-Up day

The 20th of every month is fixed for the BBH Project tribe Power-Up Day, a tribe/project headed by @bradleyarrow. To participate, we need to power up at least 100 $BBHO. We also need to publish a post mentioning Bradley using the tags #BPUD and #BBH.
