Alive and Thriving Report

On Wednesday, I did full-time work. I consulted 23 patients in my chamber. One burn patient came at the beginning of the evening shift. I referred the case to the higher center. Other patients were non-emergency regular cases.

At home, I could walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes. It helped me reach over the 10k steps mark. I had a second round of morning sleep and an afternoon nap.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
